SPL Logistics – Terms and Conditions
Principal Responsibility
SP Logistics is dedicated to delivering seamless, high-quality travel experiences for sports teams. We arrange and manage the services offered on this website. Except in cases of our own negligence, SP Logistics and its employees are not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from third-party suppliers or services.
Deposits & Reservations
A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm each participant’s reservation.
Payment Options
We accept payment via check, ACH, wire transfer, credit card, and debit card. To change your payment method, please notify SP Logistics at least 48 hours before the scheduled payment.
Payment Terms
By submitting a deposit, you agree to the published payment schedule and terms. Charges may appear as “SP Logistics” or "DES data"
ACH Payments: By selecting ACH, you authorize SP Logistics to withdraw scheduled payments from your account. Please ensure sufficient funds and provide timely updates for any account changes.
Full payment is due 60 days before arrival. Late balances will incur penalties as outlined below.
Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee.
Clients are responsible for all NSF and chargeback fees. Chargebacks incur a $50 processing fee and may require immediate full payment.
Late Payments
$25 per person, per installment for late payments.
$100 per person for payments past the final due date.
Air Travel
Flight schedules and fares are managed by the airline and are subject to change. SP Logistics is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or airline failures. Group reservations must adhere to airline rules and penalties.
Cancellation Policy
Airline
$100 penalty at booking.
Full penalty 60 days prior to travel.
Name changes permitted without penalty up to 60 days before travel; thereafter subject to airline policies.
Land Package
Fully refundable until 5 PM on the third day after booking.
0–180 days prior: $500 per person.
179–150 days: $500 deposit + $200 per person.
149–120 days: $500 deposit + $300 per person.
119–61 days: $500 deposit + $400 per person.
60–0 days: Full penalty of all deposits and payments.
Refunds are processed after the trip. No refunds for early departures or unused package components.
Governing Law
All sales are governed by the laws of New York State. Claims or disputes must be filed exclusively in New York courts.
Additional Terms
SP Logistics reserves the right to modify reservations, prices, or package components when necessary. Services are delivered through third-party providers; SP Logistics is not responsible for delays or damages outside of our control, except in cases of negligence.
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, government actions) may delay or cancel trips. Participants may rollover or cancel per the policy above.
All disputes must be submitted in writing; SP Logistics has 30 days to address and resolve the matter before legal action may proceed.
Participant Responsibility
Each participant affirms their authority to enter this agreement and agrees to adhere to its terms. SP Logistics reserves the right to deny participation at its discretion.
